In UB and with direct access to the internet, we've now added pictures to the last several days of posts.
This evening we heard more detail of the challenges further west - deep water, with no bridges, being the main concern. We're considering how far we can go in waterproofing the car - snorkel on the exhaust etc.

We have you linked from the school website and I, for one, check your progress daily.
Forgot to tell you when you were here .... the few tarmac roads you have found in Mongolia were built by a cousin of mine and the Scottish company he worked for.He lived there for 9 months. Hope they are serving their purpose. Looking forward to the next report.
