The Essex Austin Seven Club sends you heartiest Best Wishes and Congratulations on your [and your Chummy's]astonishing achievement! The assorted wimps amongst us who think a couple of hundred miles in an A7 is an epic journey salute you and HRH Lord Austin's wonderful invention. A humble Ruby @ EA7C
Certainly an epic trip, very well done and congrats all round. Have I missed something though? Why did the two Chummies split up and not 'take' Paris together? or did you!
Congtatulation on the succesful completion of your fabulous expedition. I've always said that there is little an Austin Seven cannot do. Did you have a 'empty' feeling as you approached the end of you adventue - like we did in the last hours of our Route 66 Austin 7 trip? Ken Cooke 750 Motor Club.
You must have seen these ads for cross-country trips where they stipulate that the entries must have four wheel drive. But is there anywhere where someone has not been there first in an Austin Seven or Ford Model T? Good on yer Nutty Nige Stennett-Cox
